Magnesium in epsom salts helps relax muscles, especially after a strenuous day. Be careful that your little one doesn’t drink the bath water, as epsom salt is also used as a laxative.
Lavender is well-known for its calming, relaxing properties. Petitgrain (bitter orange) reduces stress & fights insomnia. And Roman Chamomile relieves anxiety & promotes sleep.
Add 1/4 cup to the bath water.
